Make 120 copies and mail them to State Secretary, Marilyn Adams. Good News! Our rate has been adjusted for liability coverage through MBAH Insurance. The rate will be good for coverage until July 31, 2011. Therefore, coverage for 8-1-2009 through 7-31-2010 and 8-1-2010 through 7-31-2011 will remain the same at $1.13 per member each year. |

Scholarship Forms |
| Career Advancement Scholarship |
Eight $500 Scholarships will be given. One (1) as the Eleanor Arnold Award to an IEHA member, one (1) as the Ann Hancook Award to a degree in the medical profession, and six (6) random scholarships. Read and follow the instructions for completing the application. Applications that are incomplete or that have missing information will not be considered. Scholarships are usually granted for Undergraduate degrees rather than Masters degrees. Scholarships will be awarded with regard to financial need. Focus Groups and Activity Committees Membership |
| Focus Groups and Activity Committees |
Each year volunteers are needed to serve on the Focus Groups and Activity Committees. All active members of IEHA are eligible. It is not necessary to have served as a county officer. Committee members commit to attend Focus Days two times yearly. Focus Days are currently held in Noblesville, Indiana at the Hamilton County Extension Complex. All groups meet on Focus Days making car pools possible. Attendance at Home & Family Conference is required of members of some groups. Applications are due to the President Elect at spring district meetings. A new application is required each year. The online version of the brochure for this year's Home & Family Conference is now available! You can print your own brochure right here!Once printing at Purdue is complete the brochure will be mailed to conference participants of the last three years plus a few extra to each county office. They will also be distributed at IEHA Spring District Meetings to each county IEHA president. The larger program book will be available online and at Conference, but will not be mailed. You can also register now online. Just visit www.conf.purdue.edu/homeandfamily Make plans to join us for Conference at Purdue University June 10-12, 2009!

This year's project is "Making A Difference for children in foster care." The objective of the project is to help children who are being placed in foster care through no fault of their own.
