Use this form to send donations for the Cancer Research Endowment Fund to the State Treasurer.

Each County President is asked to report yearly on the activities of her county organization. Download this form to file your report.

The report must be one page only using both sides of the page! Make 120 copies and deliver them to the State President at your Spring District Meeting or mail them to the State Secretary by April 1st. Find her address in the Directory in your Blue Book, or use the Contact Us page here on the site and we will send you the information!

Complete and submit this form to run for the position of District Representative.

Your county can obtain liability coverage through MBAH Insurance at a rate of $1.15 per member. Enroll now for coverage from 8-1-2011 through 7-31-2012. Enrollments must be postmarked no later than June 15, 2011.

Here you can find the State Dues form to be used for paying 2011-2012 dues and donations. These monies are due by July 1, 2011 to Margaret Menges our current IEHA State Treasurer.

Please read all instructions on the form as they will help you to know the responsitilities and due dates for the county treasurer.

Eight $500 Scholarships will be given. One (1) as the Eleanor Arnold Award to an IEHA member, one (1) as the Ann Hancook Award to a degree in the medical profession, and six (6) random scholarships. Read and follow the instructions for completing the application. Applications that are incomplete or that have missing information will not be considered. Scholarships are usually granted for Undergraduate degrees rather than Masters degrees. Scholarships will be awarded with regard to financial need. Former winners may reapply.

Country Women's Council - USA sponsors the scholarship. IEHA is a member of CWC.

The Indiana Extension Homemakers Association is pleased you have chosen to apply for the Ruth B. Sayre Scholarship. We will only sponsor and sign applications of Indiana residents for this award. Check the CWC website for organizations from states other than Indiana.

The objective of our Volunteer Community Support Focus Group is to promote Extension Homemaker involvement in local, county, district and state community projects that impact family life and support the community. Learn more about plans to make this possible with this download.

Each year volunteers are needed to serve on the Focus Groups and Activity Committees. All active members of IEHA are eligible. It is not necessary to have served as a county officer.

Committee members commit to attend Focus Days two times yearly. Focus Days are currently held in Noblesville, Indiana at the Hamilton County Extension Complex. All groups meet on Focus Days making car pools possible. Attendance at Home & Family Conference is required of members of some groups.

Applications are due to the President Elect at spring district meetings. A new application is required each year.

Our Host-A-Hoosier program is a special invitation for your county to participate in a program that pairs two counties to exchange visits. An exchange of ideas, problem solving, travel, adventure, fun and fellowship awaits you.

This is a one year match between the two counties. You must reapply yearly for a new partner county. Click on the application form here and get started!

IEHA will again offer scholarships for any Homemaker participating in any level of i-LEaD training next year. One scholarship will be granted in each of our ten IEHA Districts. The applications are due to District Representatives on March 8th. DRs must then forward the applications to the State Chair by March 15th.

If presenters and locations can be scheduled, all three i-LEaD levels will be offered at the 2011 Home and Family Conference.

Indiana Extension Homemakers are sponsoring the making of scarves for the Super Bowl volunteers. This is an activity that will take place at the Indiana State Fair and is part of our commitment to sponsor events. IEHA will purchase the yarn and encourage attendees to sit and knit with us. Scarves may also be made at home.

We encourage you to sew an IEHA label on the scarf.

District Representatives will collect the finished scarves and then will coordinate getting them to the person in charge of that event with the Super Bowl.

The deadline is November, 2011, however, the committee is asking that the scarves not all be turned in at one time because the committee will sew patches on them and doesn't want to have a last minute rush.

A scarf will be presented to each of an estimated 8,000 volunteers as a "Thank You" gift. Please write your thank you note and turn it in with the scarf.
